Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all EU countries, the United States, the United Kingdom, and selected non-EU destinations (shown at checkout).

Delivery Estimates:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
EU countries: 2–5 business days
UK, Norway, Switzerland: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days depending on customs

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that importation is legal in their country.
We are not responsible for customs delays, fees, confiscation, or rejection.

Returns & Refunds

EU customers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product is sealed and unused.

Returns are not accepted if:

The seal is broken or tampered with
The vial, bottle, or packaging has been opened
The product was custom-prepared or repackaged

Refunds are also provided for orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence.

Limitation of Liability
